We can only hope that it will happen. I have seen these projects come and go. Looks pretty sweet nevertheless.

PA is track friendly. It brings in serious revenue to an otherwise dead state. I think it'll go through no problem. PA folks love motorsports.

New Jersey was a different story. NJMP almost didn't happen.

I have been keeping my eyes on this one. I have been told by a few inside sources that the Principles have lots of money and the hold up was political, much like what happened with NJMP.
