We have found someone. However, she cannot make every event. She shoots racing events also well and when they conflict she can't make it.

I hear ya!

But since you guys don't run that many days yet, every event she misses is a large percentage of track time.

Don't make me feel guilty, I am trying. It is hard to find someone who fits the mold for our club.

I have invited several photographers. You have to understand that most photographers are strange people and don't like to get up early in the morning. At least that is what some of them have told me. "You start at what time?"

even if they got there by 10-11, those are the best time once ONE is familiar with the track and is feeling more confortable. but that's just me.

i guess they don't realy like what they do or need to for that matter.

Like Wilson said, let them get there by noon. You save money and everyone is familiar with the track by the afternoon.

My best laps usually happen during the last session right before lunch and the 2nd session after lunch.

OK. I have a photographer coming. Her name is Laura and she is super nice. I am not sure of the details of how she will shoot. She is an expert photographer exploring the area to see if it can be profitable for her business.
